Q. How much does it cost to locate at Amped Kitchens?

A. Generally, Amped Kitchens will save you money compared to hourly kitchens, stand-alone spaces and co-packers if you are in production at least 20 hours a week. Costs start at about $1,850/month for our entry-level spaces and go up based on the size of the space and the in- room amenities included in that space (walk-in cooler and whether there is a hood system and how long the hood).

 Q. What equipment is included in my kitchen?

A: All spaces include key items most regulators require, including sinks, drains and washable finishes. Spaces can include type I hoods or type II hoods, and our larger production rooms include their own, exclusive walk-in coolers. 

Q. How much flexibility is there in my space?

A: We pride ourselves on giving you options. We regularly work with tenants to customize spaces to accommodate specialized equipment and process needs.

Q. What kinds of products can be produced in Amped Kitchens?

A: You can make any recognized food product at Amped Kitchensbaked goods, dairy products, meat products, beverages, and more, depending on local jurisdiction.

Q. What is involved in getting expedited public health approvals after I move to Amped Kitchens?

A: The process differs from location to location. But in each jurisdiction, we work closely with key agencies to simplify and expedite the process of obtaining your regulatory approvals. 

Q. My products need special handling and certification, such as Organic, Kosher or Gluten Free.  Can I do that at Amped Kitchens?

A: Yes! Because every tenant has their own, exclusive space, many receive organic, gluten-free, kosher, USDA, dairy and other special certifications.
